  • Depending on your unique needs, you can expect most therapy sessions to last about 50 minutes. You will receive a prorated bill if we extend or shorten a session. I aim to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere without fear of judgment. We can adjust the timeframe and the therapy plan to fit your mental health needs.
